Meet Your Hosts

Beatrice Lemm came to meditation, yoga and Ayurveda following a health crisis which she knew intuitively was largely stress related.

Her passion and innate teaching skills allow her to share her vast knowledge about restoring and maintaining the body in the peak of health through wholefood nutrition and daily practices to manage stress.

Lynn Riedel came to meditation and mindfulness through the study of eastern philosophy, following a prolonged period of anxiety and depression. Inspired by the transformation she experienced, she is passionate about leading others back to happiness and peace of mind. She has the ability to distil an understanding of mental health away from complex theories and diagnoses and back to simple principles that can be translated into practical mindfulness exercises.
